Services

Brendan Shaw provides grief support, educational courses, and a newsletter. Our services are for personal, non-commercial use only.

Important Disclaimers

Support is not therapy. Our support services do not constitute mental health therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately.

Educational content. Our courses and content are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical or mental health care.

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Course purchases are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase or after completing 25% of the course content, whichever comes first.

Support sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including courses, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Brendan Shaw and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brendan Shaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
